The practices, teachings, sessions, classes, and resources offered through this website—including Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, embodiment, chakra-centered practices, spiritual teachings, and coaching—are for educational, personal-growth, spiritual, and wellness purposes only. They are not medical or mental health care, diagnosis, treatment, or professional therapeutic advice.

Professional Care

I [Danielle Lee-Hogervorst] am not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, trauma therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional, and I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. If you have a medical condition, injury, mental health concern, or new, severe, persistent, or concerning symptoms, please consult a healthcare professional.

Physical and Somatic Practices

Some services involve movement, yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, or other body-based practices. Participation carries risks, including discomfort, injury, dizziness, emotional activation, and other unexpected responses. It is your responsibility to listen to your body, participate within your limits, and modify, pause, or stop at any time. Inform me [Danielle] of any circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely, and consult your healthcare provider when in doubt.

These practices may bring up strong emotions, memories, sensations, or other experiences. While they may be meaningful, they are not necessarily evidence of a medical, psychological, or trauma-related condition. My work is not a substitute for trauma therapy or other qualified mental health support. If an experience feels overwhelming, destabilizing, or beyond the scope of our work, pause the practice and seek appropriate professional support.

Individual Responsibility

You are responsible for your health, wellbeing, and decisions about participation. By participating, you acknowledge that responses to physical, emotional, spiritual, and somatic practices vary, and accept responsibility for choosing whether and how to participate.
