1. My Services

I offer spiritual & practical mentorship, coaching, Kundalini yoga, embodiment practices, meditation, breathwork, chakra-centered practices, and related educational and personal-development experiences.

These offerings are intended to support personal growth, self-expansion, spiritual development, and general vitality and wellbeing. They are not medical or mental health treatment, and are not to be substituted as therapy or medical support/diagnosis.

2. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own choices, participation, health, wellbeing, and use of the information provided through my website and services.

You may choose to pause, modify, or discontinue any practice at any time, and it is your responsibility to know your limits.

Participation in physical or somatic practices is voluntary. Prior to receiving my services, please disclose relevant circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely and seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While miraculous and astounding results often occur with my clients, I do not guarantee any particular personal, physical, emotional, spiritual, professional, or financial outcome from participating in my services.

Everyone’s experience is individual, and results will vary depending on each person’s circumstances, choices, Divine Timeline, and participation.

4. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Where applicable, payment is required according to the price and payment terms communicated at the time of booking or purchase. Price points are subject to change.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or credit terms applicable to a particular service or offering will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments for completed services are non-refundable.

I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class, session, or event when circumstances require it. If I [Danielle] cancel an offering, I will provide reasonable notice where possible and, where applicable, offer a rescheduling option or refund.

5. Respectful Participation

I am committed to creating spaces that are respectful, inclusive, and supportive.

I reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or remove participation where someone’s behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

All original content on this website and within my services—including written materials, teachings, videos, audio, meditations, practices, graphics, photographs, and other resources—is my [Danielle Lee-Hogervorst] intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
